If you are considering Hormone Replacement Therapy or are just curious as to how it could change your life, let Courtney create a customized care plan for you focused on symptomatic results and patient specific care.
The path to wellness starts with bloodwork drawn at any convenient Quest Diagnostics at the time of your choosing. You may use insurance to cover your lab cost or choose to be self-pay. The cost to take the first step and receive a lab requisition and consultation is $49.
Once labs have resulted, you will receive a questionnaire and link to schedule your consultation. Consultations take place with Courtney, your licensed Physician Assistant and Hormone Specialist, remotely via Google Meet.
During your consultation, Courtney will discuss your symptoms, lifestyle, treatment goals, and review your labs with you. She will create a tailored plan for your needs and ship your medication to your door.
You will have unlimited access to care via phone, video, text and email throughout the course of your treatment. Let’s take the first step together!

I am a Certified Physician Assistant who received my Masters Degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. I have been practicing Hormone Replacement Medicine for the past 8 years and have been trained through industry leading Worldlink Medical in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. I am also a provider in the Emergency Department in Gastonia, NC.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, playing sports, hiking, wakeboarding and snowboarding. I currently reside in Charlotte, NC with my wife, 3 children, and 4 dogs.
